Conserve Medical Technologies joined Red Deer Polytechnic’s CIM-TAC team at the 2026 Alberta Corridor Technical Symposium to present “Concept to Clinic: Optimizing Material Selection for Low-Volume Medical Device Manufacturing.” Karlene Haubrich and Roberto Monroy shared the Conserve Tree™ development journey, from early prototyping and applied research collaboration through material selection, manufacturing scale-up, and preparation for pilot production.

The symposium is an SAIT-hosted collaboration among SAIT, NAIT and Red Deer Polytechnic focused on applied research and industry partnerships.
